Beaumont Auto Repair

I recently had a problem with a very high-mileage van that I own. I had brought it to three other shops in Beaumont, and they could not get it fixed. Worse yet, they all hemmed and hawed, and one even had it for two weeks without even looking at it. I brought it to Baker's on a Wednesday morning, and by that afternoon Glen called me, and said he knew what was wrong with it, and would have it fixed by the next morning, and he did. Baker's was head and shoulders above the three other mechanics I brought it to. Even if you don't bring your vehicle to Baker's, DO NOT waste your time at Dwayne's Automotive on College Street. Two weeks...not even a diagnosis,. Bakers's...fixed in less than 24 hours.

I have never done business with this company before. I will let you know if I have any problems with their work, but the man I dealt with was helpful and I feel like he wasn't try to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and the car needed work I wasn't familiar with. He offered helpful advice also on keeping the vehicle that I appreciated and needed.

I was able to get my truck in the same day I called and it was ready the next morning. Everyone was very professional and the shop was cleaner than any auto repair shop I have ever seen.. It was a great experience.
