The desk technician was very thorough regarding documenting the situation with my vehicle; my car was taken in the day I visited the shop (without an appt.), a very friendly employee took me home & later brought me back to the shop (the transfer service is a big plus!); the situation with my vehicle (electrical problem) was properly addressed in a very timely manner & I was given a phone call advising the vehicle was ready. My car was returned clean/couldn't tell that anyone had been in it. The repair fee was appropriate. Very professional & friendly service.
