I never really take time to write reviews, but the service at Baker's Automotive beyond outstanding... My car decided to act up on me while driving on the road from New Orleans...I stop in and they promised me they'll take care of me and have me back on the road in no time, and they exceeded my expectations.. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff just made my dayso much better.

Baker Auto Repair completed the minor work and maintenance check on my Subaru as I requested. The check resulted in a couple of additional maintenance issues. After calling to give me the information and cost, all work was completed very satisfactorily. Baker's is a very professionally run auto shop, locally owned, and employs a friendly staff. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back when the need arises.

I brought my vehicle to Baker Auto after several trips to the dealership (a lot of what ifs) for an extended start/crank. Everything I read online led me to believe it was the fuel pump. It took a little time to get my car to act up and figure out what was wrong. The tech never gave up! It was the fuel pump all along. They had my car fixed in just a short amount of time. The service was great. It is now running as good as new.

This was my second time going to Baker; they took care of my A/C problem so well that I felt they would also find out why my vehicle was running so poorly and sounding like a tank. They checked it out, called me with an estimate of repairs and a completion date. They did everything they promised!! My 2007 car is running like a new one. The price was a blessing... I will always take my car to Baker Auto for as long as I own it; which for now, should be a very long time! Thanks again guys!
