I just wanted to thank Chase at Baker for his wonderful cooperation and excellent service provided during an unexpected breakdown to my Tahoe. The attention and timeliness provided was a breath of fresh air after being stuck on I-10 for 3 hours in a 35 degree rainstorm without vehicle power to keep warm. AAA provided the the option to take my vehicle to Baker and that was a fine referral to say the least. The issue was resolved and we were back on the road the same day. Broke down in Beaumont with a broken water hose on a 2005 Suburban. Got towed to Baker Auto Repair on Calder. They replaced the water hoses using high quality parts for a fair price and got me back on the road in 4 hours even though their shop was full. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.
